Registration Procedures 

The Application is available in the school office and should be completely filled out before submitting.
The Registration Fee should accompany the application - current prices are reflected in the Financial Information.
An Entrance Test must be taken by all students entering kindergarten thru 8th grade. For kindergarten, this test evaluates the student's readiness. For 1st thru 8th grades, the test evaluates the student's ability. The testing fee is due at the time of testing.
An Interview with the Principal is required of all new students and their parents. Many times we are able to schedule the interview to coincide with the testing.

Please bring the following records with you at the time of testing:  

1. Student's birth certificate
2. Student's current immunization record
3. Copy of most recent report card and achievement test results

Final Registration

Registration is completed when the registration fee has been paid in full, testing has been completed and all necessary records (birth certificate and immunization record) have been received.

ANNUAL TUITION FEES

Silver State discounts tuition for families with multiple children enrolled, those who pre-pay, and members of Red Rocks Baptist Church. Information on these discounts may be found on this financial information document (.pdf).

TUITION PAYMENTS:

Families making monthly payments will do so through the FACTS Management program. You may choose to pay either on a 10-month plan beginning in August of 2012 and ending May of 2013, or a 12-month plan beginning June of 2012 and ending May of 2013. Payments will be deducted on the 20th of each month. Please note: Tuition payments are not tax deductible.

TUITION DISCOUNTS:

If you wish to pay the full year in advance, you may deduct $50.00 per student for the year. To receive the discount, payment must be made during the first week of school. Semester discounts are $25 per student per semester if paid during the first week of each semester. The non-discounted amount is due for payments received after these deadlines. If you are pre-paying only one of many students, you must pay for the oldest first. Senior pastors may receive an additional discount. Multiple family discounts apply to full time students (including KG Half Day) of SSCS only. Part time students do not qualify for discounts. Please contact the business office for details.

Report cards, transcripts and any other official documents are not released until all fees and dues are paid in full.
